Reading /crafting nook!

Disclaimer:  When my husband gets bored, he is the type of person who starts moving furniture to vaccuum underneath it.  That always turns into "let's rearrange the bedroom or organize things".  As I said before, I have the most perfect house husband.  Be jealous ladies.

Anyway, when I bought my awesome green chair last summer, I had the husband plop it in the middle of the room directly under the fan.  I was never happy with it there but didn't want to do the work of rearranging the whole room.  However, he thought it would look better in the corner.  As soon as he moved it around I squealed "lookit, a reading/crafting nook!".  He does he typical eye roll and tells me to never doubt him.

The reading/crafting nook.

It looks and feels so organized and cute!
And I've finally found a place for my awesome kitty crafting art!

And the kitties seem to approve!

Half cat bed - half project storage.
Oh the work in progresses-I swear I make progress just as quickly as I pick out a new project!

I then mentioned to the husband I would love to have a vintage bulletin board to hang best friend pictures and crafy inspiration.  I found this gem on pinterest and fell in love [hello, did you see those funny old ladies?!].  The husband immediately bought it and declared it my Valentine's present.  I can't wait to hang this in my space!

It is so important to me to have a space of my own to relax and do my things in.  It was even more special that the husband rearranged it this way for me.  I feel as though he really knows who I am and is always looking to do things for me, sometime before it even becomes an idea of mine.  Life couldn't get much better.
